Community Day Habilitation
The Community Day Habilitation Program utilizes a wide array of community resources for volunteering and recreational activities. This program's focus is to assist individuals in the development of increased independence, individuality, productivity, and community inclusion. Day Habilitation consumers are encouraged to explore their personal interests. Some of the community resources include:

Group meetings with the program participants and the group leaders provide an opportunity to review activities with an eye on the continuous commitment to a consumer driven program and the highest quality of service provision. Individuals are encouraged to communicate their desired wants and needs and share in program development. The staff of the Day Habilitation Program works closely with families, service coordinators, and clinicians to ensure that individuals receive all necessary and desired services.
