Residential Manager

To oversee the complete management of a Residential facility to ensure quality of care for all individuals; 24/7 on call coverage

Bachelor’s in a related field; clean NYS Driver’s License required; 2+ years experience working with adults with developmental disabilities; supervisory experience preferred; mandated trainings required for full time employment.

Assistant Manager

RN
To oversee all health care needs for the individuals living in the Residence; 24/7 on call coverage ; NYS RN license; 2+years clinical hospital experience; experience working with adults with developmental disabilities a plus!

Direct Support Professional

To work on an individualized basis with adults with developmental disabilities in a Residential setting to increase independence in all life skills

High School Diploma/GED required; clean NYS Driver’s License required; experience working with adults with developmental disabilities preferred.

P/T Cook/Housekeeper

Responsible for all aspects of maintaining a clean residence
To oversee all aspects of meal planning, cooking, following diet orders, keeping inventory of food supplies for large groups living in a residential facility

High School Diploma/GED required; clean NYS Driver’s License required; Prior experience cooking for large groups following recipes and diet orders

ADULT DAY Services

Program Supervisor/Case Coordinator

Supervise day to day functioning of Day Habilitation program

BA/BS degree in related field; 1+ years experience working with adults with developmental disabilities/supervisory experience preferred

Group Leader

Oversee all aspects of daily programming in the group room including, but not limited to data collection; implementation of behavior plans; pro-active programming

Bachelor’s degree preferred; Associate’s degree required; experience with adults with developmental disabilities preferred; Clean, valid NYS driver’s license a plus!

Assistant Group Leaders

Assist the group leader in all aspects of daily programming in the group room including, but not limited to data collection; implementation of behavior plans; pro-active programming

AA/AS degree preferred; experience with adults with developmental disabilities preferred; Clean, valid NYS driver’s license a plus!

vocational Services

Job Coach

Responsible for all aspects of advocacy, coordination, assessment of individuals’ skills that are employed or looking for employment.

Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year experience working with adults with developmental disabilities; clean valid NYS driver’s license required

Educational Services

Speech Language Pathologist/Bilingual SLP — Spanish Speaking

Provide services for children with a wide variety of special needs ages 3 to 8; Therapist specializations include Feeding, Oral Motor and Prompt

Master’s from Accredited Program; NYS License /SLP/ TSHH / TSLD Bilingual Extension; New Grads Welcome / Pediatric Experience Preferred; 12 Month /School Calendar; Continuing Education Opportunities

Occupational Therapist/COTA (Pre-school age only)

Provide services for children with a wide variety of special needs ages 3 to 8 ; Multiple treatment spaces, sensory integration equipment, indoor heated therapeutic pool; Therapist specializations include SI, NDT, Therapeutic Listening, and Aquatics.

Bachelor’s /Master’s from Accredited Occupational Therapy Program/NYS License; Pediatric experience preferred

Physical Therapist

Provide services for children with a wide variety of special needs ages 3 to 8 ; Multiple treatment spaces, indoor heated therapeutic pool;  Bachelor’s /Master’s from Accredited Physical Therapy Program/NYS License; Pediatric experience preferred

ABA Teacher

Full-time openings for ABA Teachers in our center-based comprehensive educational program serving children with special needs ages 3 to 8. Join our collaborative team with specialties in Applied Behavior Analysis, Sensory Integration, Martial Arts, and Swimming

Must be NYSED - initial or professional B-2 or 1-6; Bachelor’s / Master’s in Special Education; experience working with ABA a plus; musical ability a plus!

Teacher Assistant – Level 1 Certification

Full-time openings for Teacher Assistants in our center-based comprehensive educational program serving children with special needs ages 3 to 8

Must have teacher assistant certification; minimum 9 credits in education-related college courses; experience in working with disabled preschool/ school-age population preferred; experience working with ABA a plus; Spanish language proficiency a plus!

Teacher Aide

Attend to the needs of child on a one to one or group basis, as needed, under the direction of a Certified Special Education Teacher and Teacher Assistant.

Must have HS Diploma/GED; bi-lingual Spanish, Mandarin/Cantonese, or any second language preferred; Education/Early Education experience a plus!

FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES

Respite Counselors

Work with children ages 3 to 8 with developmental disabilities in a camp setting during holiday breaks, under the direction of Family Support Coordinator and Director of Family Support Services
