Residential Services

Assistant Manager

To assist the Manager in the complete management of a Residential facility to ensure quality of care for all individuals; 24/7 on call coverage

Associate’s degree in a related field; clean NYS Driver’s License required; 2+years experience working with adults with developmental disabilities


Direct Support Professional

To work on an individualized basis with adults with developmental disabilities in a Residential setting to increase independence in all life skills

High School Diploma/GED required; clean NYS Driver’s License required; experience working with adults with developmental disabilities preferred.


P/T Cook/Housekeeper

Responsible for all aspects of maintaining a clean residence
To oversee all aspects of meal planning, cooking, following diet orders, keeping inventory of food supplies for large groups living in a residential facility

High School Diploma/GED required; clean NYS Driver’s License required; Prior experience cooking for large groups following recipes and diet orders


RN
To oversee all health care needs for the individuals living in the Residence; 24/7 on call coverage ; NYS RN license; 2+years clinical hospital experience; experience working with adults with developmental disabilities a plus!


Case Coordinator
To coordinate individuals total plan of care in an ICF setting. Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Special Education or related field; 1+ years experience; Meet OPWDD requirement for QMRP Valid NYS Driver’s License required


ADULT DAY Services — DAY HAB

Group Leaders

Responsible for all aspects of daily programming in the group room including, but not limited to data collection; implementation of behavior plans; pro-active programming AA/AS degree required; experience with adults with developmental disabilities preferred; Clean, valid NYS driver’s license a plus!


Assistant Group Leaders

Assist the group leader in all aspects of daily programming in the group room including, but not limited to data collection; implementation of behavior plans; pro-active programming

AA/AS degree preferred; experience with adults with developmental disabilities preferred; Clean, valid NYS driver’s license a plus!


RN

Current RN licensure NYS; 3 years clinical experience; 1 year supervisory experience

Hospital/clinical experience preferred


ADULT DAY Services — VOC

Vocational Training Counselor

Responsibilities include, but not limited to training in the area of pre-vocational skills, collecting and recording data;

BA/BS degree preferred in a related field or AA degree and 1-2 years experience in the filed/vocational setting preferred


Driver

Responsibilities include, but not limited to driving, loading/unloading merchandise, transporting and assisting in Vocational related tasks.

High school diploma/GED; valid, clean NYS driver’s license; able to drive 5 speed manual transmission; knowledge of NYC/Tri state streets


Educational Services


Education Coordinator

Qualifications needed to apply include minimum 3-5 years experience in early childhood education; strong curriculum, instruction, and professional development background; ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of educators; supervisory experience preferred.

NYSED Teacher Certification B - 2 or 1 - 6; SAS/SBL; Masters degree in special education/early education. Bilingual and/or experience with multicultural populations a plus; Competitive compensation and benefits package offered.

Work with children ages 3 to 8 with developmental disabilities in a camp setting during holiday breaks, under the direction of Family Support Coordinator and Director of Family Support Services

High School Diploma required.


MSC

Work in partnership with individuals receiving services and/or his/her advocate, to create and maintain an individualized service environment (ISE) that meets the needs/wishes of the individuals

BA/BS Degree in Health or Human Services Related Field and 1 year experience working with people with developmental disabilities

Psychologist – Bilingual Spanish – fee for service

Certified MA level psychologist to do counseling and evaluation assessments; flexible schedule; fee for service; must be willing to travel to multiple sites; experience with adults with developmental disabilities a plus!


Speech Pathologist – fee for service

Licensed and NYS certified Speech & Language Pathologist; flexible schedule; fee for service; must be willing to travel to multiple sites; experience with adults with developmental disabilities a plus!


Occupational Therapist – fee for service

Licensed and NYS certified Occupational Therapist; flexible schedule; fee for service; must be willing to travel to multiple sites; experience with adults with developmental disabilities a plus!


Nutritionist – fee for service

Registered Nutritionist with a BS in Nutrition; RD and CDE: to work on a fee for service basis; Flexible evening/weekend schedule; must be willing to travel to multiple sites; experience with adults with developmental disabilities a plus!


Physical Therapist – fee for service

Licensed and NYS certified Physical Therapist; flexible schedule; fee for service; must be willing to travel to multiple sites; experience with adults with developmental disabilities a plus!


Administrative Coordinator
