To secure services at Block Institute for preschool and school age special education services contact the Committee of Special Education of your home school district and request services from Block Institute School.

Enrollment in Respite Services and/or waiver eligibility/enrollment requires a current psychological evaluation with an I.Q. and an adaptic score, a current psychological evaluation supporting a developmental delay, a current medical examination, plus current Level of Care (LOC) and Individualized Service Plan (ISP) indicating these hourly respite services as a HCBS waiver program.
