Consistent with BLOCK INSTITUTE'S expressed mission to assist in improving the quality of life for developmentally disabled individuals and their families, Medicaid Service Coordination (MSC) provides guidance and support to individuals in all aspects of their life. MSC works as a linkage to Article 16 Clinical Services, Medicaid, Social Security, Family  Reimbursement, Medical  Services, Supported Work, Sheltered Work, Vocational Training, Residential Placement, Respite, Home Care, and Recreation.
