Vocational Services
The Supported Employment Program has two major components: Individualized Placement and Mobile Crew. Individualized Placement services include recruitment, vocational evaluations, on-the-job training, placement services, and employee retention services. Jobs are developed based on the individual preferences and abilities of the employee and the expressed needs of the employer. Placements are secured in a competitive environment and include such positions as, stock handlers, porters, childcare workers, packers, and kitchen helpers.

Mobile Crew employs individuals with developmental disabilities and offers an opportunity to work collectively in an integrated setting. The Mobile Crew is also available for snow removal, yard and basement cleaning, office cleaning, and similar jobs.

The Sheltered Workshop environment provides individuals with the opportunity to work at their own pace and develop competitive employment skills. Various contracted services provide diversity and development in job responsibility within bench assembly tasks.
